Ticketing Policies TLH does mail out tickets, you will receive a postcard or email announcing the new production.
Ticket purchases are for General Admission. Reserved Seating is available through Supporter Packages and Preferred Reserved Seating Purchase (when available).
For Season Ticket reservations email us at [email protected] or call the Box Office (713-868-7516) and reserve the performance you wish to attend.
Due to ticket demand Season Ticket holders MUST call at least 10 days in advance.
Supporter Reserved Seats are held until 5 minutes before performance begins - if you are NOT in your seats by that time, your reserved seats will be released to other patrons!
Announced productions and dates are subject to change.
Season Tickets are NOT transferable to other productions in the season.
Single Ticket sales will be announced on this web site, all are Open Seating.
Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are no refunds or exchanges.
If a Season Ticket Holder fails to cancel a reservation an hour or more in advance of show time, they cannot reserve seating again for that production.
No children under the age of 10 are permitted unless specifically allowed for that play by TLH Theatre management.
Late-seating will be accommodated at the discretion of the House Manager. Please arrive early so that you will not disrupt the performance or fellow theater patrons.
Tickets that are not picked up five minutes prior to curtain are considered "no shows" and may be released to waiting patrons.
No photography or audio/video recording is allowed inside the theatre. To do so puts you in violation of federal copyright laws.
Cell phones must be turned completely off, and texting is not allowed during the performance.
